A Revolution of Love
COLoR is a movement towards higher Consciousness. Its intrinsic nature is fluid and dynamic, and it has an evolutionary structure at its core. It’s a forward motion that is already happening and we can choose to align and flow with it or resist it. Our job is to help you realize it, if you feel called.
The important thing to know is that you are ALREADY ok. Already Whole, already Loved, already Powerful and Capable. Breathe. Breathe into it. It’s ok. And if it doesn’t feel like it is, it’s because there’s a misunderstanding going on and you can’t see it yet. When you see it, you will be free to give all your energy to create something beneficial. Doesn’t matter “What” that is. If it comes from the right place, in the right way, for the right reason, it doesn’t matter. It’s not the What, is the How. How you do whatever you do. The “How” is the difference you are going to make. Because no matter what you do, the energy contained in your action and creation is what will impact the ecosystem.
And every choice has an energy. Everything we do affects everything else. That’s why we need to be prepared to take radical responsibility for ourselves, and the reality we project and perceive as “external”. This is not always an easy step. But with personal Power comes personal Responsibility. And we can use that Creative Power to give birth to a different reality.
Life is not for us to pick and choose, it is for us to Live. Your Power of Choice is about choosing to be Free. Embrace everything, include everything. Don’t edit your experience, and in that state of freedom, you will naturally be guided step after step where you need to go. There are no “obstacles”, there’s just Life.
We are all Children of the same Womb. Love is what we are made of. It’s time to live this Truth in all its Power.
Hi, I’m Selika
Hi, I’m Selika, the Founder of COLoR. If you decide to embark on this adventure we will be working together, so here is something about me.
I am originally Italian and adopted American. I feel like I’ve lived many different lives packed into this one and, since I set foot here, every step felt right and led to the next. Whatever the circumstances, I kept walking. It hasn’t been easy, but so rich. When I followed my inner guidance, support and resources always appeared to hold me up.
I dedicated so much time, energy, focus, and love to this work, through the guidance of great teachers and my own exploration and study, that I feel I can offer back what I learned, grounding psychological knowledge and coaching tools and technologies in deep spiritual practice.
As an ICF Certified Coach with substantial training and experience in Mental Health Coaching and Somatic Attachment Therapy and a Reiki Practitioner, working through a Holistic approach, I created COLoR to help people walk through their process of evolution with a deeper look, a compassionate heart, and a courageous vision; for the benefit of themselves and others.
Meditation, Shadow Work, and the teachings of Dharma have changed my life and are an integral part of my work.
My greatest accomplishment, though, is to have transmuted what I thought was a hindrance – an intense emotional body and extremely high sensitivity, into my most precious gift. Now I can use my finely tuned intuition to help others co-create visions for a different future and manifest them in their life.
I love to breathe in the Sun, to sing, to dance like nobody’s watching, and to laugh until it hurts; I cry a lot, too. I’m Italian after all!

Our Intention
Our intention is to serve by creating and holding a healing space for people that allows for a rise in Consciousness, so that they can abandon ego-led, fear-based behaviors and be reborn into a life-affirming and life-giving way of being.
COLoR aims to help liberate people’s self-concepts and notions of reality from rigid thinking, limiting beliefs, confusion, and false assumptions. We help people illuminate their Path and walk through their process of self-discovery and evolution with freedom, skill, and courage. All of this, while reconnecting with their inner power and their playful, purest, wonderous side – because FUN needs to be taken seriously!
This is a lifelong journey. We are grounded in the knowledge that there are no experts and no hierarchy. We are all born with the same potential for total Liberation and absolute Wisdom. Our intention is to help you realize it and stabilize it, so that it becomes how you show up in the world.
